We build homes for every budget. The majority of our clients’ projects cost between $70,000 and $135,000.
The price excludes the purchase of the land and certain steps in the process (for example, the foundation, plastering, painting, floor-finishing and landscaping).
New prefabricated homes by Maison Nordique Inc. are covered for a 5-year period by the Garantie de Construction Résidentielle (GCR) against any major problem or hidden defect, starting at the date of delivery.
Our homes are factory-built, sheltered from adverse weather, using local, high-quality materials.
All our homes can be redrawn or built according to a buyer’s plans at no additional cost.
Vinyl siding is included in the base price. Other materials are available. Our homes can also be prepared for brick, rock or another siding of your choice.
Delivery and installation require six to eight weeks from the time the contract is signed.
The following elements are not included in a base model:
- Land, general excavation and landscaping
- Land surveying, cadastral mapping
- Concrete foundation or other
- Verandas and exterior staircases
- Installation and hook-up of basement plumbing
- Installation and hook-up of basement electricity
- Plastering and painting
- Floor covering
- Stairs to the basement
